- Asian Development Bank (ADB): A multilateral development finance institution to promoter the social and economic progress of the Asian and Pacific region. The headquarters is in Manila, Philippines.
- World Bank in China: Helps China in improving the business environment and addressing the needs of the poorer and disadvantaged people through three main instruments: loans for physical investments, loans and more frequently grants.
- Export-Import Bank's Guidelines for Financing U.S. Exports: Guarantees working capital loans for U.S. exporters, and assures the repayment of loans or makes loans to foreign purchasers of U.S. goods and services. Also provides credit insurance to avoid non-payment by foreign buyers.
