- Export-Import Bank's Guidelines for Financing U.S. Exports: Guarantees working capital loans for U.S. exporters, and assures the repayment of loans or makes loans to foreign purchasers of U.S. goods and services. Also provides credit insurance to avoid non-payment by foreign buyers.
